Position Description
Legacy Wealth Advisors is seeking to establish a strong presence in the province of British Columbia, and as such, is looking for a candidate to fill the Managing Director role in the Vancouver, BC area.
As a Managing Director, the main roles will be the recruitment, training & development and support of Financial Advisors. By attracting and developing new Advisors, you would be establishing a foundation for the success of both your office and your own business. You would also have the added flexibility in being able to maintain your own client book of business, which enables you to maximize your overall compensation. The growth of your team and your business is not restricted to the office you work out of and can be stretched over multiple offices and multiple provinces.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years industry experience required
- CFP and/or CLU designation required
- Previous training/development experience an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills required
- A strong sales history
Compensation
Our commission-based compensation program is designed to reward you for building a team as well as a client base. It includes upfront commissions, productivity-based bonuses, as well as supervisory bonus based off the team production.
